This will not be a drop-in class. Pre-registration is required. This course offered on a donation basis (dana).
This course is for practitioners who want to strengthen their meditation techniques and better understand the Buddha's teachings. It's a good fit for those new to the practice and those looking for a refresher (beginner's mind). Each week, we'll explore some of the foundational teachings of Buddhism. We'll also offer meditations to help refine your practice and make the practice objective clear. This exploration will be enriched with group conversation and Q&A. Those taking the course will have the opportunity to connect with each other through the Dharma.
Each week will also include additional Dharma talks and readings for those who want to dive deeper into the week's themes. These other resources are optional.
