We will be meeting in person at Northbrae Community Church, Parlor Room and on Zoom.

 

We start with a 30 minute meditation (guided or silent), followed by a 30 minute Dharma talk by one of the Assaya Sangha teachers or guest teacher. We'll conclude the evening with time for questions and comments.
