How to Ground in Your Own Ethics: An Exploration of Sila in Everyday Life  with Ramona Lisa Ortiz-Smith

This series will explore how aligning with our commitment to not cause harm and to live out the Dharma path provides refuge and well-being for ourselves and those around us. We will take a close look at the Five Precepts from the Buddha's teachings on ethics, known as "sila," which encompasses wise speech and action. We'll go even further than these five heart-opening practices to explore what it means to incorporate sila and Dharma into relationships and daily life.

This series is offered on a donation basis and is open to all self-identified women.

Participants are encouraged to register  prior to the first class.
